The very 1st thing you need to do, is create a folder on your PC (or know where a folder is) that you'll use to save the image. The desktop is easiest ;to find because it's at the top. To create a folder on the desktop, RIGHT click anywhere on your desktop. A little screen will have
new; as one of the options. Hover over the word
new and you'll see
folder; as another option.
Click the word f
older and name it.
When you see an image you'd like to
keep, hover over it and RIGHT CLICK
on the image. You'll then see options.
LEFT CLICK on
save as.
Then, navigate to the folder you want
to save it in, (by using the top scroll
bar in the window that opened for
you). Click on the folder and the folder
name will appear in the top of that
window. Then, click save. (Your
image will be in that folder).
Now, you just need to upload the image to a
host site. I used:
http://tinypic.com
They will give you the code you need.(There are choices for websites, message boards, emails, etc.). Select and copy the code, then paste the code where you want the image.
Your image needs a URL.Basically the URL added to a tiny bit of code,is all you need. The sites that host images, add some extra code, but it's an easy place to start because you can just copy the code.
When you get more comfortable, try entering the URL of your image, where the X's are in the code below:
(Be sure to leave the quote marks and that there are no spaces between the URL and the quotes).
